Very welcoming offered a cup of tea at arrival. Dermot was very good at explaining my condition and took time to listen to what I said. Made to feel comfortable and at ease. Received full details of blood test within 24 hours.Good to be able to speak to a doctor. Well worth the visit.

Very warm relaxed welcome at this clinic. Didn’t feel rushed, the doctor was very pleasant and open to answering any concerns I had. 100% satisfied with the overall service.

An altogether pleasant experience the two receptionists were pleasant and friendly. As they are the ‘front face’ of the surgery they presented a confident and reassuring face. The doctor could not have been better. A greatly reaffirming lady. Many thanks.
