Easily accessible. Friendly and welcoming staff. I feel my concerns were heard and the examination was thorough. Within an hour I had been seen, hit my prescription and had the medicine in my hand.

I was in the surgery 11/03/26 and would like to share my appreciation for the care and support I have received from Fiona. She has consistently shown kindness, empathy, and genuine understanding during a difficult time. Discussing personal matters can feel vulnerable, but Fiona always makes me feel at ease and never as though I am taking up too much of her time. Her calm approach and thoughtful insight have made a meaningful difference to my experience of care. I am very grateful for the professionalism and support she has provided.
