Easy to make the appointment online. A professional and reassuring visit with options present for forward investigation. No pressure at all. Was simple and straightforward as I have tried for several days to get through to my own GP and couldn't. Dr Fiona Moore was excellent and very approachable.

I have attended Dr Fiona several times now and, as always, the experience has been both friendly and professional. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and carried out all the appropriate checks while keeping the appointment relaxed and reassuring. I never felt rushed, and really appreciated that she made time to chat and answer my questions. I always leave feeling well cared for and supported. The lady at the desk was also extremely helpful and friendly during the visit. The staff as a whole are fantastic.
