Lisburn Intermediate Care Centre, part of Four Seasons Health Care, is a welcoming and comfortable home close to Lisburn centre. The team at Lisburn offers nursing care for residents with complex medical conditions, as well as 24-hour nursing dementia care for residents who may also have other long-term health conditions. Lisburn also provides intermediate care as an alternative to hospital stay for those with physical disabilities related to neurological conditions, palliative/end-of-life care, specialist care for residents with learning disabilities and respite care for family and friends that are in need of a break.
The team is dedicated to helping their residents regain their confidence and build up their independence through providing services such as physiotherapy, enabling them to return home when the time comes. Lisburn Intermediate Care Centre is the only nursing home facility catering to Rehabilitation and Step Down Bed from the Trust. The home is also close to the town centre, allowing for residents to enjoy days out with one another and their loved ones.
