I made an appointment with Lantern Clinic as I've become increasingly frustrated at the long delays of 2-3 weeks in getting an appointment at my NHS surgery. It was a relief to get an appointment within a couple of days especially as it was over a bank holiday weekend. Booking online was straightforward although completing the forms prior to my appointment was ra bit of a hassle and could do with some improvements.

A very understanding and sympathetic doctor, always feel relaxed and happy to talk about anything, and is always willing to listen and work with you.
