Lansdowne Care Home

Lansdowne Care Centre, part of Four Seasons Health Care, is located in a pleasant area in Cricklewood, North London. As one of North London's leading care homes, the team at Lansdowne offer 24-hour dementia nursing care and palliative/end of life care for residents with dementia who may also have long-term medical conditions. Lansdowne also provides specialist care for residents with mental health conditions and learning disabilities, intermediate care as an alternative to hospital stay and respite care for family and friends in need of a well earned break.

The team is compassionate and dedicated to making the residents feel at home and part of the family. They are passionate about sustaining a good quality of life for their residents in the home and actively encourage them to take part in all decisions, including how their room is decorated to the therapies they will receive. The team also provides their residents with mental health conditions support to re-establish their mental wellbeing, maintain their independence, helping them eventually progress to supported living or their own home.

The home is located in walking distance from a train station and bus stop, making it easily accessible to visitors. Lansdowne is close to community centres and has close links with local churches and schools who regularly visit the residents.
