Jeremy is an empathetic open, patient and very smart individual. He listened well and I had no issues talking to him about my problems. I think his suggestions helped and I found the whole process largely helpful. Six months on or so I am no longer worried about depression and I count the tools jeremy started to share with me quite important in helping me to capture and adjust when depressive storms crash in. I feel better armed to deal with future wobbles and the record looks good so far. If I needed a councillor again I would use him.

A great professional service in a professional environments. Jeremy helped me making sense of my thoughts and feelings through a particularly challenging phase of my life. Ended my therapy sessions feeling more empowered and with a series of techniques I can continue to use to remain in charge of my emotions. Thank you
