Kingly Grange

Kingly Grange, Tyne and Wear, offers a supported living service for people with mental health conditions, brain injury, and learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities. The service provides neurological rehabilitation and supports conditions including brain injury, dementia, epilepsy, speech impairment, stroke and visual impairment, Huntington's disease, and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Kingly Grange is a purpose-built facility with 15 ensuite bedrooms and one self-contained flat. Additional bathrooms with specialist bath and hoist equipment (including ceiling hoists) are also available, and there is a shared lounge area and conservatory, a kitchen, and an accessible garden. In addition, residents have access to a therapy room in which they can visit the onsite occupational therapist.

Residents at Kingly Grange are also able to benefit from opportunities within the community due to its convenient location close to the local area.
