Nothing has been too much trouble and I’ve received excellent care and service from Joint Reaction

The supporting staff at Joint Reaction were very helpful and responsive.

One complaint: house number of my address in your records was wrong. On departure, reception staff appeared to act upon my instructions and make the necessary correction. However, later, the followup letter in the mail still showed the incorrect address. The neighbour (not nearby) who received it hand delivered it to me a couple of days later. Today I am emailing the consultant's secretary to get the necessary correction made. Otherwise, I was happy with the visit experience.

I felt heard and believed, which has helped almost as much as knowing I may be somewhat relieved of pain in the coming months.

Made the negative of having to have surgery into a positive experience.

Professional and easy to access

Gavin Brigstocke was excellent. Very knowledgeable, excellent communication and great surgeon. My wrist is fixed!
