Told me it would take 10 mins to get my prescription and they ended up making me wait 50 mins and then telling me they couldn’t give me one of the medicines on my prescription and couldn’t give me back my prescription. Really rude staff at the pharmacy counter
This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

Every time to get prescriptions it’s taking 30 minutes at leas ! even if there no customers in front . I can say there only Chinese lady with glasses was working hard with attention to customers. Big thanks to her , rest of staff should get warning and be supervised.

Visited my workplace to conduct health checks. Blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, weight, BMI. Clinician gave helpful advice and was personable.
