I had an Achilles tendinopathy issue and his expertise and knowledge was outstanding, very professional but also very friendly, genuine and encouraging. After my diagnosis of a torn meniscus and osteoarthritis in my patella, James tested my strength in the muscles needed to help these issues. He gave me exercises to complete at home. These included leg lifts, hip lifts, clam, hamstring bridge. Each visit we increased or modified the exercises to suit me and my needs. James listened to my feedback and adjusted anything to help me improve.
