Originally established in London in 2011, IBS Clinics now operates fully remotely via Zoom, giving patients across the UK access to specialist digestive health care without the need to travel.

Our clinical team investigates the underlying causes of digestive symptoms — rather than treating them in isolation — using a terrain-first, functional medicine approach grounded in the latest evidence. We work with patients on IBS, SIBO, IMO, SIFO, gut dysbiosis, histamine intolerance, and other complex, longstanding digestive conditions that haven't responded to standard approaches.

While gut health is our core specialism, we recognise that the gut rarely acts in isolation. Its condition can influence — and be influenced by — many other areas of health, including hormonal balance, skin conditions, autoimmunity, energy levels, and mood. So whether your primary concern is digestive or one of these related issues, we look at the gut as a likely piece of the puzzle, and work with you to understand how it connects to your wider health picture.
