Hormona is a women’s health company dedicated to helping women understand and improve their hormonal health. Founded in 2023 and based in Stockholm and London, Hormona provides digital tools, testing solutions, and supplements that support women throughout different stages of life.

The company’s award-winning cycle tracking app offers science-backed insights and personalised wellness guidance, helping users monitor their menstrual cycle, forecast symptoms, and live in sync with their hormones. Hormona also offers a hormone support supplement and is developing new services, including a perimenopause solution and at-home hormone testing devices.

Hormona was co-founded by Karolina Löfqvist, who serves as CEO. Her personal experience of misdiagnosis and untreated hormonal imbalance inspired the creation of a platform that addresses the widespread knowledge gap in women’s health. The company’s research efforts focus on closing the gender bias in medicine, working alongside leading endocrinologists, gynaecologists, and nutritionists to generate data-driven insights and advance understanding of hormonal health.
