Holywood Care Home

Holywood Care Home, part of Four Seasons Health Care, is a welcoming and friendly home on the east coast of Northern Ireland. Holywood offers 24-hour dementia nursing care and palliative/end of life care for residents with dementia who may also have long-term medical conditions. The team also provides specialist care for residents with mental health conditions and learning disabilities as well as neurological care and rehabilitation for residents with physical disabilities caused by neurological conditions, day care for those who only need top-up care and respite care for loved ones in need of a break.

The team are passionate about helping their residents maintain a good quality of life in the home and actively encourage them to take part in all decisions that concern them. The team also support their residents with mental health conditions to improve their mental wellbeing, maintain their independence and help them to progress to supported living or their own home.

Holywood is located in expansive grounds next to Redburn Country Park, available for the residents to enjoy with one another and their loved ones on days out. Four Seasons Health Care strive to make each home as homely as possible with the following facilities at Holywood:
