In addition, each room has a nurse call system, which gives residents peace of mind knowing help is just a click away should they need it.

If family or loved ones wish to visit, they're more than welcome! There are plenty of communal spaces including landscaped gardens, courtyards with access to grow flowers or vegetables, resident kitchenettes, lounges, dining halls, conservatories, and hair salons and beauty parlours.

The importance of good nutrition for maintaining a healthy mind and body is well known, and the resident chefs at Hillcrest take great care in planning well-balanced menus using fresh, local ingredients to create delicious dishes for residents. A pastry chef also bakes scrumptious cakes and pastries for elevenses, afternoon tea or supper.

If there's ever something on the menu that doesn't quite suit someone's taste buds then daily alternatives will be offered instead. And of course, the catering teams are always happy to chat with residents and families about any dietary requirements or preferences they may have.
