Hill Farm offers residential care for both old age and younger adult residents with complex medical conditions, mental health conditions and learning disabilities. The team of specialists also provide care for residents with physical disabilities and sensory impairment.

Hill Farm is designed and modified to suit the accessibility needs of their residents with limited mobility. There are nine large bedrooms at Hill Farm, most with ensuite facilities. There are also various areas of communal space for the residents to enjoy as they wish.
