Someone is always on hand to help you when needed

Being honest it's not my first time with using MJ but this is my first time using it via HeMED and I can't complain the service / quality is brilliant, it all came quickly good packaged and also came with some helpful items to ease any symptoms following the treatment I never had this previous and it's a nice touch The app is fantastic and really helps you keep track again this is new to me I love the way it shows you'd programs support is at your fingertips as and when you need it - so far I have lost over 5kg and feeling so much better in myself this is using the 2.5 to the 5 and I've chosen to stick with 5 as it's working well and the level of food noise is manageable I'm going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and eating great

The actual service has been brilliant, though the product has yet to yield any noticeable results for me - though I do generally feel better.

Great service and care. Not sure the pills are very good for short term use. Wouldn't have wasted the money unless I was willing to commit to long term use but if you are then they are highly recommended

No mention of blood samples till after you've signed up. Difficult App cknditions. Keep taking money even after 2 day cancelation. Terrible non medic customer service.. Keep prescribing without consultation, keep posting without permission a d keep taking money rgardless, even outside of legal terms and conditions. Disgusting.

I find the app’s interface difficult to use. There should be multiple support options, not just through the app. There is no easy way to speak to someone about billing or other concerns, and the pricing structure after onboarding is unclear. Communication with the medical professionals is fine.
