I have found this service invaluable as I have been given really helpful advice for an ongoing problem. It is wonderful to find a service where people have the time to explain a condition or the effects of the medication etc. Dr Lavan has an excellent manner in really caring to reassure and advise and I recommend Gogodoc wholeheartedly at this very difficult time for the usual GP service.

Got a call back quickly, Dr Varathan was extremely professional, took time to listen, asked very relevant questions, making me feel confident and reassured that I was being listened to and Explained clearly about the next step. I am really grateful and do recommend him with no hesitation.

Our tour guide had arranged for a doctor to meet us at the hotel, other tour guides had recommended this service, and we highly agree. The doctor is friendly, professional and best of all knowledgeable. He assessed my husband, provided testing as appropriate, and arranged for us to have the needed medication. Best of all, the doctor provided me with a list of things to watch for if my husband required hospitalization. He also followed up with phone calls and emails to ensure that my husband was on his way to recovery. The service was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We want to thank the doctor and the service for the prompt help during a stressful time.

I was very happy with the service provided, I was seen instantly upon arrival and my blood test results were back within a few hours. Ruling out appendicitis was something I needed to know as soon as possible and my concern was dealt with efficiently.
