Appointment was very quickly booked and doctor prescribed me medicines ahead of the bank holiday upcoming in case my situation got worse. Very good service, can only recommend.

Can't comment on cleanliness as this was a telephone consultation. All other aspects were excellent, very impressed. We just need to provide this level of service for free within the NHS now!
