I get anxiety Eve time I need my ear cleaning out which the hospital usually do. I have stopped letting the hospital clean my ear out because they hurt soo much. Today Claudia did a fantastic job x very gentle and quick and will be her regular customer now x

The wait for NHS to clear a blocked ear was too long and was advised to go private . This too was quite long . By accident I hear of this company and called them straight away. The lady who answered was extremely polite and used my first name from the start. She was so helpful, asked a few simple questions and booked me in for the following day. When I attended I was seen promptly and the audiologist was again super friendly and efficient. He put me at ease whilst explaining the procedure as we went along. After a few minutes I left a very happy man with the understanding I could return anytime to their Haslingden or Bolton Surgeries. It was £50 well spent and cheaper than o had been quoted on the local high street where I had to wait 4 weeks. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to say how fantastic this service was.
