All my time at the Watford clinic was carefully managed by the staff who took great care of me. All the assessments were efficient and friendly and the laser surgery itself was exemplary. I felt my eyesight return to its normal sharp focus within a second of the treatment and a weight was lifted from my shoulders!

In May, I underwent cataract surgery on both eyes at Freedom Vision in Watford, and I could not be happier with the care I received. From my very first visit through to my discharge this week, Iana Sidor, the Patient Liaison Manager, was exceptional. She was professional, knowledgeable, supportive, and always available to answer any questions, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. Dr Dipak Parmar performed my cataract surgery and was outstanding throughout. From the initial consultation, he took the time to explain everything clearly and put me completely at ease. His professionalism, expertise, and reassuring manner gave me total confidence before, during, and after the procedures. The entire team at Freedom Vision Watford provided care of the highest standard. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had the best possible experience. I chose to have RayOne Galaxy trifocal lenses implanted in both eyes, and the results have been life-changing. I am now able to enjoy everyday life without glasses, which has greatly improved my quality of life. I would highly recommend Freedom Vision, Dr Parmar, Iana Sidor, and the whole team to anyone considering cataract surgery. Thank you all for the excellent care and outstanding results.

we were met by happy and helpful person (the manager) who made us comfortable and offered us drinks. she informed us what to expect to happen. the professional was pleasant and informative and we were made to feel comfortable and ensured we were around ease. she explained the procedure and carried out the tests and laser treatment to my wife's eyes with smooth and flawless motions that gave us comfort and confidence.

Having someone operating on your eyes is scary as it’s your eyes! I can’t express enough how amazing my experience was, the staff explained every single procedure, event, so caring, so careful and encouraging. Despite problems with one eye, my overall experience was good. The staff were very friendly, kind and reassuring as well as professional. They made me feel relaxed and more confident. When problems occurred with one eye they all responded very well to deal with the problem and monitor my progress. I am happy with my final outcome.

I have had both cataracts done on 2 occasions and found the experience excellent in every way. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Every step was explained clearly and a big shout out to Iana who was so supportive and helpful at all times.

I was so pleased with the whole experience at Freedom Vision, Watford. From the start I was treated with care and courtesy by everyone, had all the options explained to me, and never felt rushed into anything. The clinical care was outstanding, with pre-operative tests and consultations, 2 appointments with the consultant Mr Parmar to discuss the right lens for me and 2 follow ups to check all was well after the surgery. Iane was a wonderful point of contact and reassurance throughout. The clinic is absolutely spotless.
