Staff are very attentive at all times and communication is first class. I've never once felt rushed and the team members are all willing to answers queries and offer good advice.

My visit was first rate - from welcome and offer of tea/coffee, to form filling, to assessment, and to the yag procedure itself which I had done on both eyes and my sight is wonderful - quite incredible. Gerard (or maybe Jarred? - sorry, I couldn't read his badge) was professional and gave me complete confidence; he told me what to expect at every stage; and even before I left the premises i knew my sight had improved enormously. I cannot rate this team enough.

After the operation my eye took a few weeks to settle. That meant I got to experience rather more post-op care than might be usual. Not only was the level of care excellent, but I got to see all the same staff most visits. An efficient and friendly team. Special praise due to the optometrist whose explanations where clear and precise and the responses to my questions well considered. This set my mind at rest.

Easy parking, friendly staff, refreshments available, no waiting time, attentive and informative team members.

Excellent All the staff were superb Special mention for Mr Young, Megan and Jane, who were very professional, assuring and lovely in the way they interacted with me. I can’t fault the whole process at all.
