Very worried over treatment but after excellent service and explanation of procedures feel a lot better

I have nothing but praise for all the staff for their efficiency and friendliness. They put me at my ease which meant that the procedure itself was not in any way daunting.

The care and personal attention was excellent. I had two cataracts done and the results have been very good. The actual procedure were painless and comfortable and I felt well-informed and confident throughout.

I was amazed at how quick the actual surgery is. 10 mins +/- per eye! I had been dreading it, but everyone at Freedom Vision inspires confidence. As a life long myope, I can't tell you how wonderful it was to see clearly for the first time in my life, within hours of the procedure.

The staff were very helpful and very professional. They answered all my questions fully and patiently. The surgeon Tristan, the option Euan and practice manager Charlotte all put me at ease. I was very nervous about it all but they calmed my nerves and l was very pleased with the whole process. I would have no hesitation in referring a friend.

Everyone was really friendly, gave you as much information as you wanted and, most importantly, the care taken to ensure you got the optimum result was incredible.

Having worn glasses since I was a small child, I am now 80 I was extremely pleased with the whole experience from my initial visit to my last. I finally had my last appointment yesterday after having both eyes operated on and I now have excellent vision without the need of glasses and am thrilled with the sight in both my eyes. Being able to read, of which I do a lot of and being able to garden in the hot weather without the constant need to push my glasses back on my nose is great. I never thought my vision would ever be this good. All the staff were friendly, very helpful and put me at ease from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend them

The whole experience at Freedom Vision was excellent. The reception was warm and friendly and everyone knew exactly they were doing. No one was in a hurry and I felt cared for and valued. The results have been great and I look forward to many years of clear vision with spectacles needed only for occasional close work.
