After quickly identifying the root of the issue, it was very much a hands-on treatment from Matt comprising a mix of dry needling, massage, and stretching. Thirty minutes later, I left the clinic rejuvenated and with a couple of exercises to do at home to keep the issue at bay. This approach works every time for me, and I rarely need a follow-up treatment, which is fortunate as I am self-paying. I have been visiting Evolution for seven years for a mix of issues due to hypermobility, stomach surgery, and normal spinal aging stuff. I am a person who likes to help themselves get better quickly and manage it with diet, exercise, and natural remedies, which work well with Matt's ethos.

As a family, we’ve been clients of Osteopathy Evolution, specifically with Matthew and Tristan, for many years now. We initially turned to them after seeing multiple specialists, both through the NHS and privately, with no results. My husband arrived at Matthew’s clinic literally bent over from excruciating pain. Within two sessions, Matthew’s treatments not only got him back on his feet but also led to an MRI referral and crucial guidance. Since then, we’ve recommended the clinic to countless friends, colleagues, and acquaintances, and not once have we received negative feedback. The truth is, London is full of osteopaths, but we’ve never come across anyone as genuinely skilled, thorough, and effective. Matthew is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. Most recently, I went to him for a distressing case of tinnitus. I arrived in tears, and he created a safe, supportive space where I felt seen and understood. After the first session, my tinnitus improved by around 70%. The NHS had told me, flatly, that there was nothing to be done, but with Matthew, I felt hope and real progress. We truly can’t praise Matthew and Tristan enough. They operate at an outstanding level of care and professionalism, and we’re deeply grateful for all they’ve done for us.
