I had to book some injections for a trip I am making abroad. Without real understanding of the inoculations required, I arrived unsure what to expect. I was talked through the required inoculations, what was recommended for the area I was travelling to and what was avoidable owing to the area I was going to with regards the injections I needed. As someone who is very poor with injections usually, the staff were kind, compassionate and were generous with their time to ensure I received the care and time I needed to recover. Without doubt I would recommend the Enhanced Care Service in Southampton to anyone who requires inoculations to travel or any of the other services offered. The facility itself was immaculate and clean and everyone I met was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you for making my experience so seamless and smooth.

I couldn’t get an appointment to see my GP, but I easily booked with Enhanced Care Services the day before to see a doctor face to face. From arrival until the end of the appointment I was made to feel welcome. There was no rushing in and out of the door. The GP put me at ease and listened to what I had to say before prescribing medication and explaining why she chose that particular antibiotic with instructions on what to do if my infection doesn’t clear up.

My visit with Dr Phil today has taken away how worried I had felt, he explained many points to me in a very understanding way to put me at ease, I will not hesitate to recommend to my friends. Thank you very much. Joan S.
