I couldn’t get an appointment to see my GP, but I easily booked with Enhanced Care Services the day before to see a doctor face to face. From arrival until the end of the appointment I was made to feel welcome. There was no rushing in and out of the door. The GP put me at ease and listened to what I had to say before prescribing medication and explaining why she chose that particular antibiotic with instructions on what to do if my infection doesn’t clear up.

My visit with Dr Phil today has taken away how worried I had felt, he explained many points to me in a very understanding way to put me at ease, I will not hesitate to recommend to my friends. Thank you very much. Joan S.

Quick and efficient service

I can highly recommend Enhanced Care, and will definitely use them again for any health concerns I have. After struggling to make an appointment with my NHS GP, I found ECS. The appointment was easy to make online and I received telephone confirmation from one of their team members. I saw Dr. Phil Harbord, he was exceptional, professional and kind. I can honestly say that they may have saved my life!

Dr Elkins has a very caring manner. He explained the diagnosis very well. I was really impressed, had a thorough examination and he made me feel at ease even though I felt really unwell. The surgery is very welcoming and modern. The staff that I saw were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others, Thank you so much for your help,
