Mr Elalfy been seeing me for about 18 months, pre cataract surgery, and during that time I visited the Elite Eye clinics in both Tunbridge Wells and at the McIndoe Centre in East Grinstead, eventually having surgery at the McIndoe a few weeks ago. Both clinics are very pleasant settings and offer refreshments, the McIndoe being the more comfortable and relaxed of the two. There are plenty of both nursing and admin staff available to assist with enquiries and give any help necessary.

The level of care given by the clinic is excellent and I especially appreciated that during and after surgery. The procedure was explained in detail and the whole team, including Mr Elalfy, was available at all times including weekends. It therefore became extremely stress free and the surgery was successful

Despite being a particularly nervous patient, I was put at ease by Mr Elalfy and his team. I had two separate surgeries, both under general anaesthetic, with excellent outcomes. All post surgery questions were answered promptly and the follow up care was thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Elite eye clinic and Mr Elalfy.

Mr Elalfy and his team have been charming to deal with. The treatment has been faultless and, despite my advancing age, I am 96, the outcome has been excellent. So everything has gone perfectly and I thank the whole team for my superb care throughout.
