This was a very positive experience with both the reception staff and Dr. Williamson being very helpful and friendly. My queries were dealt with in a professional, friendly and very helpful manner.

I was very impressed with the attention I received at the clinic. The staff were very friendly and the doctor listened to what I was saying. He examined me and came up with a treatment plan and organised tests and a follow up appointment. I did have a short wait when I attended for that, but not too long and he did apologise.

We took our 9 year old son to see Dr Narayanan. He has been experiencing symptoms of anxiety and potentially depression which were manifesting themselves as physical symptoms often. We wanted to rule out any physical ailment, however Dr Narayanan went considerably beyond our expectations and was able to help us consider options for our son’s current ADHD medication and other treatment and management options. He’s very quiet and lacks confidence and Dr Narayanan amazed me with her ability to bring him out of his shell and speak to him in a way which helped him to open up. Together with her, we now feel that we now have an expert who is owning our son’s treatment and care and supporting us where we need support. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
