Excellent doctor, listened to my queries and just gave me what was needed

Horrible service and a scam. I paid for this service just to be send a document that doesn’t allow me to access it as it denies me from opening it.

I needed a referral for an MRI. Valuable guidance frome the doctor.

I found the doctor very easy to talk to, she was informative, helpful and explained everything very well. She made sure that I felt informed enough to go ahead. And for the first time I felt that I understood what had been happening re previous dieting experiences.

I’m not able to open my sick note . It showing wrong information. But I fill correct date of birth . I need sick note till morning 6 am

This was an excellent service! The doctor listened to me, analysed the situation, sent me a referral letter within 5 minutes of the end of our call, and this was accepted by Bupa 10 minutes later.

Just needed a referral for an overseas routine scan and I achieved what I needed. NHS in their wisdom won't provide scans for those with a strong family history indicator which is fine but utterly absurd not to provide a referral just because a CT machine (superior to most in the UK) is located overseas. These scans can be life savers and it's useful that this provider can fulfil the common sense role that the NHS abdicates responsibility on.

Easy to access when I couldn’t get an appointment with my nhs gp. Good advice given and felt supported and listened too.
