I have found the service very useful in respect of obtaining a prescription while I was returning from Spain and rejoining the NHS. There was nothing untoward in my consultation notes unlike my previous experience in the NHS and the falsified records I discovered. Thankfully with freedom of information this is no longer an issue. But getting them removed by the NHS was another matter. At least with private practices there is an opportunity when you use the service of having the same doctor and not dealing with a complex unwieldy organisation that while doing the most excellent work can still cause people enormous harm and distress.

My recent consultation was really positive. The doctor took the time to listen and clearly understood what I was explaining. I felt supported throughout the process.
