I was reviewed by Dr Caldwell, they are really kind and caring, my health concern has been addressed and I really felt at ease.

The system allowed me to upload photos and previous medical documents, enabling the clinician to have access to all the relevant information, so that it was a quick and straight forward consultation. Despite me describing my current care, the clinician made sure to check that I have appropriate support that I needed. Very efficient and supportive experience. Thank you

Very friendly Doctor gave some good advice

The doctor I saw asked me no health related questions at all, and asked no questions relating to the stress I was experiencing either in regards of symptoms or causes. I found this service on my own GP website, and I am quite disgusted at the service and that this is being pimped out through an NHS GP website. I fear that the service is targeting vulnerable individuals.
