Very friendly Doctor gave some good advice

The doctor I saw asked me no health related questions at all, and asked no questions relating to the stress I was experiencing either in regards of symptoms or causes. I found this service on my own GP website, and I am quite disgusted at the service and that this is being pimped out through an NHS GP website. I fear that the service is targeting vulnerable individuals.

The process was very simple, with a friendly and easy-to-use interface. The doctor was extremely punctual, and thanks to their communication skills, I quickly overcame my nerves about the first online consultation. I was listened to attentively, and the explanations I received were very clear. I highly recommend!
