I honestly believe this service may have saved my life. I suffer with depression and usually have it well controlled, however a number of things happened in my life which left me unable to cope and considering taking my life. This scared me so I took the decision to talk to someone. Being able to almost immediately speak to a doctor whilst the decision was fresh in my mind ensured I got the help I needed. If I had to wait until the following morning, then book and appointment with my usual GP I likely wouldn't have bothered. As a 42 year old male, taking action to get support with mental health isn't an easy thing. But this service really helped me

Very helpful. Carefully checked my current medications and asked several questions relating to my (newly discovered) pregnancy to see how that impacted. The doctor then called back about 5mins after my consultation to check that I was on folic acid (I was, but on a lower dose than I should be) and then prescribed me a much stronger folic acid and resent the prescription. Very impressed with the follow-up service. Thank you so much!
