Christian was very approachable and made me feel comfortable within the first minute of the call. He was genuinely interested in my life and why I was doing this, and made me feel like I was in very safe hands. Everything perfect except booking appointment. Closed window before it showed paid for link so had to pay for appointment twice. Doctor arranged refund immediately. But for this it was better than expected against any metric
