Right from the get go, Dr. Wayne Cottrell was friendly and personable through his email communications. He kept me posted at each stage. From giving clarity on his service to his organising of the courier service. I had nothing to worry about. Wayne took care of it all. The response time was much faster than anticipated too and I'm very grateful for that. Would not hesitate to use his service next time!

Dr Cottrell has been my GP for several years now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He shows outstanding professionalism, always makes sure you feel comfortable during visits and takes time to listen very carefully to whatever issue your are going through as well as explaining everything in the clearest manner possible. In my experience, I regard him as the best GP that has ever treated me (for a number of several different condtions) also particularily due to his sense of urgency in resolving whatever medical problem you are going through and consistently following up after consultations. I personally also suffer with episodes of health anxiety which he understands extremely well and I always leave his clinic feeling very reasured. Fantastic service! The practise is always in impeccable condition, extremely clean and everyone there is very kind.
