So grateful to have had a very prompt response and consultation straight away where I felt understood and got help that i couldn't get in years on the NHS. It left me feeling so relieved, calm, positive and hopeful to be able to access decent healthcare with a doctor who clearly is prepared to provide patient centred care. Thank you so very much!
