Dr Sasha Hvidsten’s clinic is an independent mental health service specialising in psychiatry-led care for children, adolescents and adults with mental health difficulties. We look after anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and much more.

The clinic focuses on accurate diagnosis, safe and effective treatment, and long-term support provided by consultant psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team.

We offer comprehensive assessments, prescribing and medication management, therapy, and family support with continuity of care throughout the patient’s journey.

We dont just diagnose you and discharge you.

The main clinic is located at 1 Dunstall Court, Astwood Lane, Feckenham, Redditch, with additional face-to-face clinics available at Warwickshire Nuffield Hospital in Leamington Spa.

Remote appointments are also avaialble. We currently serve a large group of patients nationally.

Bespoke home visiting services available in the Cotswold area. 

Services include  - assessment and treatment of various mental health conditions such as depression, autism, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychosis, eating disorders, self-harm, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and more.

The clinic is CQC regulated and emphasises a whole-family approach, providing support and guidance to children, parents, and carers.

We offer educational seminars to support your treatment and recovery journey, group and individual therapy and bespoke care.

There is a large multidisciplinary team - including child and adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, nursing, nurse prescribers, therapeutic social workers and Occupational Therapy.

You are allocated a named lead doctor for your entire patient journey. Continuity of care is important to us. Flexible appointment times are available, daytime and evening, weekdays and weekends.
