I attended to have my first profhilo treatment, and whilst I need to wait to see the results, I was very happy with the overall experience and hygiene. The staff and consultants were very friendly and attentive and instilled trust. I’ll be back!
I’m so pleased with the treatment I had with Tsenguun. From the consultation, she took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I knew what to expect. I had Thermage which I thought would be painful but she made the whole treatment feel very comfortable. She was reassuring throughout and regularly checked that I was doing okay. I had such a positive experience and will definitely be coming back to see her again for my next treatment.
I had the Glacé Facial today with the amazing Tsenguun. From the moment arrived the entire Dr Haus Dermatology team looked after me exceptionally. For the facial it was catered specifically for my skin type and and issues I had such as sensitivity. The whole experience was amazing and I will recommend to everyone. I will be returning back for the 10/10 Glacé Facial.
A fantastic time. Tsenguun, Sumrita and Dr. Haus really took their time to make sure my treatment was done perfectly and made me feel comfortable the whole way. Great attention to detail. I think post treatment, there can be a lot of confusion around how to do the aftercare but this was explained clearly. Thank you guys!
