Couldn't be better

I cannot fault the process , very pleased with speed in getting an appointment and outcome of consultation

After a post covid period of time of an inability to receive appointments, speaking with unqualified student doctors, speaking with confusing computer e consults, challenges to getting test results (including one of which NEVER arrived), not being listened to and rushed in a non relational, manner, being openly and angrily shouted at in doctors waiting room by senior staff “this is not a drop in centre.” when i could not get through on the phone (for 40 minutes a recording said I was 7th in the queuel) and on a ate Friday when I needed antibiotics to address significant miserable symptoms of frequent urine infections, resulting in the cringing shame of being treated that way in front of a other patients …:..: how awful after being with the Practice for last 45 years … it is very hard to have to return….thank goodness I found Candover
