Super efficient, kind, professional and thoughtful

I got a voice message after I had left to see if the appointment could be put back by 30 minutes. In the end I only waited 5 minutes beyond the original appointment time.

Absolutely amazing. After a horrendous experience with the NHS both GP and hospital, Deanbrook appointment was super easy to arrange and the wait was only a day or so. Doctor was lovely. She listened and was able to progress my issue to the next stage whilst helping to make me comfortable until we got to the next stage. Can't rate my experience high enough.
