I was given a same day appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. Heidi, the nurse practitioner was extremely efficient and very friendly. She carried out thorough examination before passing me over to a nurse for an ecg and bloods. I was very satisfied with the procedure from start to finish.

No waiting and an excellent experience in every way

The appointment was very easy to request and available very quickly. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and accommodating, with good coffee facilities. The appointment began on time. The doctor was very patient and listened well to my presentation and offered good supportive advice. I received the letter within an hour of leaving summarizing the appointment and the letter was sent to my GP practice the same day.

What a great hospital very quick appointment & doctor was lovely listened to me & explained everything she was going to do & considered the costs as I was privately funding very happy with how appointment went
