The reception staff were helpful but could have been more friendly/ happy. The booking of an appointment was efficient and timely so supports the reason to go private and see a doctor when you need not depend on the local GP and get an appointment days after. The reception and waiting area were clean and comfortable. the GP I had an appointment with was excellent and both friendly and professional

I was able to secure a same day appointment (on a Monday!). The doctor was very thorough, checked all my symptoms and was able to arrange an xray right away at the nearby Candover Clinic The facilities were modern, bright and welcoming

Having being notified of a last minute cancellation this morning, I was able to have an earlier than expected appointment, which I appreciate. Dr Groom had all the information I had sent at her fingertips and was very thorough in her examination and clear in her explanation of my condition. She said she would pass on the result of her investigation and that I would hear shortly what the proposed treatment would be. I have since received by email a copy of the referral letter, which is fast and efficient.

I attended the practice yesterday for a minor procedure and could not have been more impressed. Dr Johnstone was fantastic at putting me at ease and answering all my questions. She talked me through the entire process and remained kind and patient throughout.
