Deanbrook Practice

With no joy from my own GP and being in chronic pain I called DP, an appointment was given quickly, I saw Dr Johnston and she's brilliant, explained everything and made my visit so good, and to be believed that my pain is real was the biggest relief to actually be listened too.. I came away for the first time in a long time with hope..likewise the girl who took my blood was just lovely..

I managed to get booked in very quickly and was very happy with my consultation

My first ever experience of this clinic & I must say I would recommend it to anyone. I felt rather awkward being my first time with anything private. I just wish I was brave enough to get up & make myself a coffee! Maybe a little welcome package for somebody’s first visit would help people with anxiety feel more comfortable/worthy!

I love the chill out feel as if your walking in to a hotel. It takes away some nervousness you may be feeling

I was disappointed that I attended an appointment that I had to pay £50 for 5 minutes, and it wasn’t the consultant. The private GP took a photo and said I would hear from consultant in 2 - 3 weeks with a quote. I honestly thought that after I had filled in the original application form and sent photos as requested and waiting for an appointment, I would be seeing the consultant and having a longer appointment than 5 mins for £50, so disappointed that I didn’t come away with any answers or how much my procedure would cost.

On time, excellent knowledge and can trust the advice

I can’t believe how much better I feel after seeing Dr Johnston. She was reassuring, informative and gave me various options of treatment if necessary. I really felt a weight lifted after seeing her, a weight that I feel had been put upon me after seeing my local gp who had absolutely no time or interest in my condition or worries. I would certainly recommend anyone to visit Deanbrook Practice

What a privilege to be seen by a kind, friendly, knowledgeable GP, for an unrushed and in every way helpful appointment. Any necessary referrals or further tests are swiftly and efficiently arranged. I value Dr Johnstone and this practice most highly.

Best expierence of my life when it comes to female health. The Dr I saw was very professional, gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She was kind and very understanding of how I was feeling about the procedure. I will highly recommended coming here if you are looking for excellent health care and caring professionals.
