It was easy to find and it was lovely and clean and staff were very friendly

I’ve used the facility a few times and I always find the staff there very pleasant. The coffee machine makes the waiting area smell very nice and I think it gives a relaxing feeling, even though I personallly do not use the facility, I’ve never had to wait long enough to have need of it. The waiting area is always immaculately clean

We were seen without delay and treated at all times with courtesy, respect and friendliness. Everything was explained to us clearly and simply. No hesitation in recommending the practice.
