Extremely friendly and professional team who worked hard to find me an appointment for a check-up last week and followed up with the necessary treatment a week later (just before before Christmas too !). I am understandably delighted :-)

The young receptionist who sorted out the follow up appointments after we had seen the dentist was very courteous and professional. The dentist is extremely good at her job and uses gentleness and reassurance if she can see you are a nervous patient. Superb follow up care and forward planning of future dental work needed

I found the bedside manner of the dentist really poor again. I was invited to sit in the chair and laid under a bright light with no one talking to me for some minutes. My mouth was examined and the chair went up but again absolutely no conversation or bedside the manner. I just assumed I then had to leave. There is just no need for this and it just feels really rude. For the next question I don't know the dentists name, there was no introduction! It was a female lady who appeared Arabic.

As a nervous older new patient, Maz and her colleague put me at ease immediately. Maz was thorough and efficient and calmly talked me through my options. I have to return for further treatment but I am not anxious about the prospect.
