I returned to Cubex after 10 years (I and my son were long standing patients) realising that my hearing had further deteriorated and having had a very poor experience with the NHS. The testing lasted over an hour as compared with the NHS test of less than 15 mins. The possible options were clearly explained. Yes, the cost is high, but not necessarily higher than Boots or Specsavers. I know the follow up service will be excellent. I have already recommended Cubex to another person if the NHS fails to satisfy.

I highly recommend Cubex. Adam made me feel understood and explained my problem very well. I didn't feel rush and he took a lot of time to asses my problem to know what was going on and also to calibrate my hearing aids afterwords. My new hearing aids changed my life!! The care and advice I received from Adam were amazing. I am so happy I found Cubex.
