Croagh Patrick Care Home, part of Four Seasons Health Care, is a comfortable home overlooking the Irish sea in Donaghadee. The team at Croagh Patrick offers nursing care for residents with complex medical conditions, as well as specialist care for residents with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. The specialist team also provides neurological care and rehabilitation for residents with physical disabilities caused by neurological conditions and respite care for loved ones in need of a break. Croagh Patrick Care Home also offers intermediate care as an alternative to hospital stay.

The team is passionate about helping their residents maintain a good quality of life in the home, as such residents enjoy a busy activities schedule including days out and entertainer visits; which they are able to get involved with as much or as little as they wish.
