It’s always such a joy coming to Core, all the instructors have been so helpful and such a support through post-natal and pregnancy too!

An excellent physio appointment with Suze, who is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional and made me feel at ease throughout. The studio is beautiful and has a lovely, welcoming and calm ambience. I left feeling very well taken care of, thank you.

The Core Reformer classes are such a great addition to my rehab. Unlike other Pilates studio the class being led by my Physio means she can come round and modify what I’m doing and make sure I’m not doing exercises incorrectly and improving not worsening my pain.
