Really great experience with Core LDN. Claire was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and why. I would definitely recommend going to Core LDN.

I've found my sessions with Claire and Anna really useful in my postpartum recovery journey. They are both really knowledgable and have made me feel really at ease and excited to get my body feeling back to its pre pregnancy self.
