Concierge Medical is an award-winning, members-only, home visiting GP practice offering direct access to highly experienced doctors. We provide home visits, urgent same-day appointments, private prescriptions and personalised continuity of care all through your own named doctor. Our service ensures unhurried consultations, fast access to expert medical advice, and a proactive approach to your health and well-being.
Our Private GP practice offers highly personalised family medicine with continuity of care at its heart. We look after a carefully limited list of members so you will always see your own dedicated GP – never agency, locum or part-time doctors. We provide same-day home visits as standard, with your GP also available by phone, email, text or video. All consultations and investigations take place in the comfort of your own home, with no time limits on appointments, giving you the flexibility, convenience and reassurance you deserve. Our doctors act as your advocate, ensuring your healthcare is consistent, safe and tailored to you. We welcome both self-funded patients and those covered by private medical insurers.

Nothing but 5 stars for the team at Concierge Medical. On the way to the airport I realised I had left my medication behind and urgently contacted them for help. In less than 20 minutes they emailed me a prescription I could use at any pharmacy. I dashed into Boots, got my medication, and still made my flight. Outstanding service when it really mattered.
