Concierge Medical is an award-winning, members-only, home visiting GP practice offering direct access to highly experienced doctors. We provide home visits, urgent same-day appointments, private prescriptions and personalised continuity of care all through your own named doctor. Our service ensures unhurried consultations, fast access to expert medical advice, and a proactive approach to your health and well-being.
Our Private GP practice offers highly personalised family medicine with continuity of care at its heart. We look after a carefully limited list of members so you will always see your own dedicated GP – never agency, locum or part-time doctors. We provide same-day home visits as standard, with your GP also available by phone, email, text or video. All consultations and investigations take place in the comfort of your own home, with no time limits on appointments, giving you the flexibility, convenience and reassurance you deserve. Our doctors act as your advocate, ensuring your healthcare is consistent, safe and tailored to you. We welcome both self-funded patients and those covered by private medical insurers.

I recently needed a Meningitis B vaccine and had been searching for one for quite some time, as stock seemed to be limited everywhere. Thankfully, Concierge Medical had availability when I contacted them. What really impressed me was the service provided. Not only did they arrange the vaccine quickly, but Dr James also came to my home to administer it, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. The level of care and convenience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Concierge Medical and in particular Dr James to anyone looking for a reliable, patient-focused service.

I recently had an excellent experience with Concierge Medical after struggling for some time to get suppport through my NHS GP. I've had ongoing concerns about my varicose veins and, despite multiple attempts to book an appointment, I wasn’t able to secure one. Turning to Concierge Medical has made a significant difference. I was seen promptly in the comfort of my own home, which immediately put me at ease. My doctor took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, carried out a thorough assessment, and explained everything clearly without rushing. What stood out most was the efficiency of the service. A referral was arranged straight away, giving me reassurance and a clear path forward. After feeling stuck for quite a while, this level of responsiveness and care was a huge relief, Thank you!
