I had a boost in confidence after the first session - feel more energised and feel I can change things and make myself happy and enjoy things - I value more things that before felt insignificant- learning to ask and defend my rights - after many years struggling with very low self esteem . Staff is very friendly- Neelam is fantastic- thanks!
