very calm environment in case you were nervous....but don't be! the staff are lovely, so friendly and well informed, and your experience is everything to them, that much is apparent. was given a delicious collagen smoothie, and plenty of Emla cream, which makes procedures easier!!

As ever, a wonderfully calm environment and managed by friendly and trustworthy staff, which is why I keep returning. My only bugbear is not being told the cost of a treatment prior to procedure - otherwise, absolutely five star ⭐
