I have had handful of physio sessions there and the pratician has been both extremely friendly and helpful for the rehab. I had clear steps to be achieved each with different exercise which he took time to explain.

Arran is an incredibly talented physiotherapist. He is professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I have a stiff neck/ shoulders and lower back pain due to prolonged sitting, he has provided effective physiotherapy on these areas (I feel so much better after 3 sessions!) and shown me great exercises that I can do at home. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Arran!

The person I saw was nice and helpful...but I never heard back from them after they said they would 'leave me to the exercises and set a reminder to contact me'. Also some of the exercise seemed to make my situation worse. Generally I felt like they weren't too concerned.
