Cardiff Hearing

Cardiff Hearing is an independent audiology practice providing hearing and ear care from its clinic in Ely, west Cardiff. The clinic offers impartial advice and tailors care to individual hearing needs, with a second location in Taff's Well and home visits available across Cardiff and surrounding areas.

Services include hearing assessments, hearing aids, ear wax removal, custom-made earplugs and auditory training. The Cardiff clinic is also a training practice for The Audiology Academy's certification in professional ear wax removal.

Tinnitus support begins with a detailed assessment that can include medical history, examination of the ears, diagnostic hearing testing and specialist tinnitus and wellbeing questionnaires. Depending on the findings, care may involve hearing aids, referral to ENT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, sound or relaxation therapy, app-based support or Tinnitus Retraining Therapy, with an individual care plan developed around each patient's experience.
