Byron Road

Byron Road in Selsden, Croydon, supports adults with epilepsy, autism, sensory impairment, learning difficulties, mental health needs, and other complex needs. The facility can provide a homely environment for up to five people between the ages of 18 and 65. The residence comprises two shared bathrooms, a communal lounge and kitchen, as well as a large garden area.

The highly trained staff provide valuable guidance and support to service users to assist with their independence and personal development. Staff work closely with each person to build their skills and enable them to lead a richer and more fulfilled life.

Byron Road offers a variety of activities to its service users such as virtual monthly bingo where families are welcome to join as well as a supper club, and many themed activities ranging from parties to arts and crafts. There is a quarterly newsletter to inform residents of the many upcoming events and activities on offer. The Byron team embrace holidays such as Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, and residents can enjoy celebrations complete with a party, activities, and often dressing up!
